Getting started can be the hardest part when using a golf outing for a fundraiser. TPI Golf has designed a Golf Outing Kit that gives you the basics. It includes Hole-In-One insurance for four Great Prizes, large signs for the prizes, and 18, 12” x 18” sponsor signs with sponsor names printed right on the sign—all for only $349! Less than $20 per hole!

Hole-In-One Prizes:  Pick 4 from the Prizes listed and put them at the tee box on the par 3’s at your course—it adds some fun to the event.  No minimum yardage to worry about, no witnesses to line up, just go have fun and let a lucky golfer win if they hit for a Hole-In-One! 

Add a $5,000 or $10,000 Hole-In-One prize! It is easy, just trade out one of the other prizes. Give us the hole number and the number of golfers playing and you are set. See order form for details.

Sponsor Signs: Along with your sponsor's name - you have the option of putting your outing’s logo onto the golf ball at no extra charge.  All signs are fade proof and waterproof.

If you didn’t get 18 sponsors, don’t worry!  Use the extra signs for Long Drive, Closest to Pin, Hole-In-One prize sponsor, Raffle ticket pricing, etc.  There many ways to use extra signs. If you need more than 18 signs, they can be ordered for $15 each. 

How to make additional profit:  For example, have your Title Sponsor buy the kit for $500.  $151 is profit immediately then there will be no more costs associated with the Hole-In-One prizes or hole sponsor signs. Give the Title Sponsor extra acknowledgement by saving two or three sponsor signs for them! Or sell the Hole-In-One prizes as an additional sponsorship level.

How do I sign up?

• Download (open) up the order form. 
• Fill in the outing information you have so far
• Fill in payment information on lower right (not processed until kit is shipped)
• Pick 4 the Hole-In-One prizes from the list
• And fax or email it to us!

At a later date, when you get your sponsor information together, email their names or other text you wish us to use and we will finish the kit off and send it UPS to the address you provided.   If you find you need extra signs, let us know and we will add it to the order.  Payment will not be processed until signs are finished and kit is shipped. Shipping is FREE!

Grand Prize

We can provide Hole-in-one insurance for prizes valued up to $1,000,000! You can offer a Grand Hole-in-one prize to your whole outing group and then add a larger prize ($50,000? $100,000?) to a select few that win a raffle or a contest you design. Mix and match to fit your needs!

Putt For Cash:

Benefit:

A putting contest is a great fund raiser and anyone at any skill level can participate. By selling “chances ,” “chances” or having a raffle to select the contestants , it gives every golfer an equal chance to be the lucky finalist to putt 50' for a cash prize.

Here is an example of how to use Putt Fore Cash: Set up a 10 foot putt on the practice green, give each golfer 3 chances to make the putt for a $10 donation. If 100 of the golfers try, you've just that is a $1000 added $1000 to the funds raised for the day! All contestants that make one of the putts are entered into a putt-off held immediately or after the event. The one closest to the hole becomes the finalist. Gather the crowd to the putting green, set up the 50-foot putt, and then the finalist putts for the large cash prize! Anybody can make one putt!

You may wish to have a raffle to select the finalist—be creative! We will work with you to make sure it is flexible and easy to accomplish.

Guess Your Distance:

Let All Skill Levels Participate in This Driving Contest...

Long drive contests are fun for big hitters, but there is a way for ALL to have fun. The Distance Caddy or Pure Flight gets foursomes laughing both at and with each other, relaxes the golfers and they have a fun day!

Many golfers don't have a clue how far they can hit a drive , so let them guess in advance. With the use of the Distance Caddy or Pure Flight, a radar unit that measures ball speed when the ball is hit, each golfer is able to see exactly how far they can hit their drive. This can generate a lot of fun on the course and get s the conversation flowing. The winner is the golfer with the most accurate guess and you can award a prize of your choice.

Distance Caddy is the only true way to predict ball carry distance. The unit measures ball speed, not club head speed. The result is a highly accurate reading instead of a rough estimate that does not consider how well the ball was hit. Thus the Distance Caddy can also be used to measure for a long drive contest as it gives an accurate reading.

Sell it as a sponsorship with one or two volunteers passing out gifts or networking with all the golfers.
